Traditional Easter craft cake, topped with raisins and covered with frosting, wrapped by hand. All ingredients are produced in Sicily. A slow and progressive lifting, which is realized naturally in thirty-six hours, guarantees quality and perfume to this dove, in the respect of the madonite confectionery traditions. Origin: Castelbuono (Sicily). Ingredients: Wheat flour, raisins 18%, butter, sugar, fresh eggs, fresh yolk, natural yeast, marsala, Sicilian honey, invert sugar, orange puree (ground orange peel, sugar, juice concentrated lemon), emulsifier: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, cocoa butter, skimmed milk powder, salt, natural flavors: vanilla beans. Icing: egg white, sugar, rice flour, cornellines, starch, flavors, granulated sugar, hazelnuts (3%). May contain traces of other nuts. Does not contain genetically modified ingredients. Net weight: 1kg (10/12 people). Tasting tips: Place the dove near a heat source for a few minutes, then enjoy the nature, and accompany it with a sparkling wine or Passito di Pantelleria.
