I've had these for a few weeks now, I don't take them every day because sometimes I forget, but I take them at least 5 days out of a week. and they are working pretty well. They don't have a horrible smell like a lot of supplements do, they are big, but being in capsule form makes it easier to swallow, I have a thyroid condition, and my throat area is always swelled so I have issues with bigger pills most of the time. I've yet to have any issues with these.To be honest I don't drink no where near as much water as we are supposed to, I really do hate water, and I hate flavored water even more than regular water, so I drink a lot of Ice Tea, Hot Tea, Coffee, and Mt. Dew (I know all horrible for me) but these are still doing their job even if I don't drink a bunch of water. as long as I remember to take them twice a day every day!The only downfall I have seen with this entire product and the entire reason that I gave it 4 stars, is the cap is not child proof what so ever. Natural or not all medications and supplements really should have a child proof cap on them. I do not have small children living in my home any more as my kids are grown, however I do still have small children who come to my home a lot. and I have to make sure these are really out of sight instead of just out of reach like other medication bottles I have. Other than that I love them, and they're working very well. I have recommended them to several friends
