Quality Label printer for Resellers/Small business and even Returns!
This is the best investment I made this year.Quality is great; EASY USE! The labels are perfect, I use this for reselling and it’s great best thing I’ve spent money on. The value of this instead of running to post office is worth it for returns etc! This functions great, everyone wants to use it!!! It’s a good compact size, not too bulky!

Print speed is great.
This prettier has saved me so much time. Before I would print label on paper and fight with the tape to attach to package. Now zip , peel , and stick. One problem started when the printer would have a few skips in printing.. small imperfection's I opened the machine and found that the roller and bar had gotten dusty. I wiped and easel removed the debris. Prints perfectly again. I have covered the printer to prevent more dust debris

Mac Users Beware
We print a ton of labels, shipping and small-sized. We have run Zebra and Rollos up to this point. Zebra's are absolute beasts that we use to print small barcodes with by the hundreds of thousands a year. While not nearly as well built, nor expensive, we have had equally good luck with Rollo. We had Rollo that died due to us wearing it out after thousands upon thousands of shipping labels going through it for 4-5 years.I saw all the positive reviews this printer got and thought I would give it a go. It is not even close to being up to par with Rollo if quality, speed, and dependability are important to you. Specifically:1. Print quality is good if it doesn't skip lines. We use high-quality labels and cannot get it to print an entire 4x6 label without a 1/8" to 1/4" area or two printing blank or compressed. This is regardless if we are printing through PirateShip, Zoho, Shopify, UPS, or Etsy at a variety of print settings.2. We have the latest Mac OS and drivers installed; however, the printer disconnects from our shipping computer multiple times daily. The only solution we have found is to disconnect the printer physically, uninstall it from the computer, reboot the computer, and reinstall it. It slows production down immensely and is so frustrating.3. It is not super fast. One can speed it up in the printer settings; however, quality drops immediately to a point we would never use in a professional environment.Everyone on our team HATES this printer. It will go to a digital graveyard (recycling center), and a new Rollo is on its way.My overarching conclusion is that this printer is not ready for primetime. Maybe the driver is better for PC and fixes all the issues above, but it is horrible on Mac OS as of January 2023.

Happy with it for what I paid
Perfect for what I needed it for, however the print is a little bit light or maybe fuzzy, not sure if that's because of the printer or because of the stickers. It was easy to set up and and I would purchase this item again

Great little thermal printer
I love this gadget. I sell a few things on the auction site and so have to print mailing labels about 5 times a week on average. Not a lot but enough to make it tedious. For years I would print the labels on standard 8.5 x 11" paper with my laser printer, cut out the 4x6" label and tape it to the package with clear packing tape, making sure not to cover the bar code. Kind of a pain. So when I saw this on sale for about $100 I tried it. The printer is really compact--I have it on a bookshelf near my desk. I have a FedEx account so I could order a big roll of 4x6 thermal labels for free! I also bought an AOBIO Label Holder ($15). The label holder and roll of labels take up more space than the printer! If you buy fan-fold labels (some are included with the printer) you can just lay them on the surface behind the printer.Printing is fast and virtually free. There is no ink or toner and I'm not wasting full sheets of paper. The printer spits out the label instantly. Just tear it off, remove the backing paper and slap it on your box or package. Easy peasy. My sole complaint is the lack of instructions so it took a few tries to figure out how to print from the USPS or Ebay sites but once that was figured out, this is a great little convenience.I don't know how well this would work or how long it would last under heavier usage. I've been using it maybe 5 times a week for about 4 months now.
