Real benefits though they are not instant
I bought a large pack of capsules about 5 months ago because my nails were flaking badly and my hair lifeless and thin. Gradually my nails have improved and my hair is stronger. It is not a miraculous change but it is noticeable so I shall keep taking the silica for some months longer and see if things improve any more.6 months after I wrote the review above, my hairdresser asked me why my hair condition was so much better than it used to be so I told her about Qsilica. Difficult to swallow
I wish I could experience the benefits but for me the tablets are too big and they are uncoated, making them really difficult to swallow for people who struggle with big tablets.
