Ballast Trafalgar Japanese Automatic Watch - BL-3133-03

I was so looking forward to receiving this watch especially the 03 model just loved the black and gold, beautifully presented, wore it for the day and noticed it had stopped after a few hours so thought had not wound it enough, looked at the back and noticed a screw had worked loose and stopped the rotor from working, had no alternative but to send it back.was please at the prompt refund.
