OK
Does what it says on the tin. Only thing is that hinge could be a bit stiffer and it comes undone. I fixed it with a small washer and it is ok now.

Did even better than I'd anticipated!
The media could not be loaded. I needed something to hold the bifold door open. These doors come with a magnet at the top but it still doesn't do the job when the wind catches it. We're west facing with a prevailing strong wind. After a few years of looking round for a solution to stop the bifold 'traffic' door from being caught and slammed by the wind I found this. It's perfect, my wife would have preferred it in white!Big tip if you are fitting this, place it against the open door in position and mark the fixing holes. This is because like me the ground surfaces outside might not be perfectly level, this is why it doesn't look perfectly straight on the door.Either way, I'd recommend this product for holding the door firmly.

Works well
Used it as a drop down stay for the gate to the house. Works well.

Works well.
Works well but beware the screws are cheap and poor quality meaning they round off easily. Also be careful where you put it.. This is not something you want to stub your toe on.. As I found out 😖🥺😭

Dissatisfaction
Too light - doesn’t really work - it’s a bit of a con

Solid construction, works quite well, but installation could be neater and should allow adjustment
IN THE BOX* Folding door stop* Two short countersunk screws* Sticky padINSTALLATIONI chose to use screws, because they leave less mess (if removed) and are stronger than the sticky pad. The user instructions in the product listing emphasize that correct positioning is the key, so I used a spring clamp to hold the door stop to the door so I could experiment.I fitted the door stop to a dark wooden kitchen door; the floor is made from rather rough but uneven slate tiles.1: Clamp the door stop to your door unfolded so the foot is vertical (90 degrees to floor)2: Experiment moving the door stop up and down the door a little until it has a firm grip on the floor3: Drill a shallow pilot hole through either screw hole (I used a 2.5mm drill)4: Screw in the first screw5: Drill a second pilot hole and screw in the second screw6: Remove the clamp and check operation of the door stopIf you find the door stop isn't in the right place, there isn't any way to adjust it. I suggest you remove the screws and try again, maybe using the sticky pad.IN USEThe door stop works quite well, the rubber foot provides enough friction with the slate floor to keep the door open despite some through draughts. It would probably work better with long pile carpets, might struggle with smooth hard surfaces like vinyl or ceramic tiles.GOOD POINTS+ Well made, solid - should last+ Nice black paint - helps hide it from view+ Clever magnetic retainer+ Supplied with screws AND a sticky pad - you choose which to useBAD POINTS - nothing major- There's no way to adjust the position once installed- The screws are shiny white metal, rather too visible against the black paint- The screw holes aren't countersunk so the screw heads stick outIf the manufacturer changed the screw holes to vertical slots, and supplied pan head (not countersunk) screws, that would provide some adjustment.CONCLUSIONTricky. It's nicely made and works quite well, but the screws are too visible and there's no way to adjust the position once installed. I suspect it will become less effective over time as the rubber foot wears, and need to be repositioned. Four stars.
