I like the overall product. I like the yield, the taste, size, etc. However, I wish it was a clear plastic so that I can see the content. It does not take strips so make sure to cut it up big. I also dont like the position of the control dial or knob where the cord is next to it. I do notice it is overheating or smell burnt and I only used it for 10-15mins. Overall, it is solid.

Easy to use and not too difficult to clean. I expected better juice yield. For example, I expected close to 24 oz of juice from 16 oz celery, but I only got just under 18 oz. The pulp was still wet where I was able to squeeze out more juice. For the price point, I can live with it so 4 stars and that is generous.
