Lights are perfect - Easy to install with multiple light/brightness settings. Over the first six months, no issues at all. Enjoy having a remote to control the lights as well.

These lights were exactly what I was looking for for my patio. The quality looks good and the price was fantastic.After about six months, they stopped working and I contacted Addlon customer support. They responded within a couple of hours and rushed a replacement string to me. I discovered the problem was with the power plug, not the actual string. Everything is working great again!

The lights are perfect for our outdoor application, length, style, amount of light. However, I have now had two of the units fail that plug into the first string, the other end into a timer that is plugged into an outdoor rated electrical outlet. That interface piece, likely a current/ voltage regulator of some sort, has failed twice now, and both were new from the supplier. The lights began to flash, and the interface piece was quite warm, not really hot though, to the touch. I may well have installed these incorrectly using the timer interface to cycle the lights, but don't notice any restriction on that set up step. I will remove these lights, and have bought more expensive replacements from a different manufacturer that clearly state they work with a timer like mine.Additional comment as of 7-2-2024: Very quickly after Amazon cleared my unsatisfactory review for posting, Addlon initiated a refund. I did not ask for a refund. Addlon did that of their own initiative. I appreciate such service, and candidly I never expect lower end product manufacturers to act this fashion. So I want to acknowledge Addlon's welcome action. Additionally, the "interface" part that I think did indeed fail, based on how warm to the touch it was, and that swapping the warm one out for a new one (each 48 foot string came with this piece), restored the lights to normal operation...for a short period, then the second unit also was warm to the touch, and the two 48 foot strings and one 24 foot string were flashing. Reading the "fine print" on the warm unit I learn it is a AC to DC converter, apparently supplied by Intertek, model 5023392. And again, I was plugging the AC/DC converter into a simple old fashioned mechanical timer I have used (of this same operating manner) for many outdoor electrical power on/off operations (pond pump, holiday lights), and so my application may have contributed to the converter failure.

We have had lights from all kind of stores for the outside. These, by far, are the best we’ve found.They have 3 selections for hue. Bright white, white and soft white (which is like an amber and our fav) More than bright enough at full, but dimmable also.One of the best features is the remote. There is a button on the power pad to control the setting of color, but the remote is awesome. Performs all the functions.Comes with zip ties, extra bulb and protective lens.Works perfectly. No flickering. Disperses light evenly.*Had an issue (that I caused). Got in touch with customer service and they resolved it for me within a day. Really superb customer service!!!Not a single reason to suggest hesitating to buy this set.If you have a 10x12 gazebo, they fit perfectly around it!

I purchased 2 sets and one set had went out and stopped working. Nothing seemed to be broken or damaged. I contacted them and told them the issue about the one set. They offered a replacement and shipped it to me. They kept in contact and even emailed when the lights shipped. Very happy with the light and great customer service.

Love these and really love the company! It's going on a year now and they work great. I had an issue and the company sent me a new string. These are beautiful

I have had this up and running for over a year now. Never shut them off.Work just as good as the day I installed them.Remote has had zero issues.Being able to change warmth color is a plus.

While I love the lights, the design or workmanship of the electronics is poor. The remote didn’t even work AT ALL when I 1st got them. I even tried with different fresh batteries. No luck.
