I think this would make an excellent gift for anyone who reads/studies books. The quality is impeccable. It’s is constructed of high quality wood and other materials. The cushion is very comfortable and practical for use just about anywhere. It has a convenient carrying handle and an awesome storage feature that lets you store your book (depending on how small it is), pens, notebooks, highlighters or anything else you may need. This holds books of many sizes in place very well. The reading angle can be adjusted to suit many preferences. There is even a slot for a highlighter or pencil so maybe even good for someone who is journaling by hand. I use it to study. I purchased it for myself and have used it consistently without issue ever since.

This is a sweet little contraption. It has storage inside, comes with a complimentary coaster, has different height adjustments and holds books nicely. I would buy again and recommend you do too!

I use this while I am cross-stitching. It holds my chart, which I place on a metal sheet (that I got from Lo-ran), with a magnet that marks the line I’m on. It keeps the chart visible so I’m not having to constantly pick up the chart. I love this thing.

Just know I rarely give a 5 star when I first get something until I find out how long it holds up.I bought it after my sister bought our mom one for mothers day.It has a sturdy set of clips for holding a fairly large Bible in place or simply a cell phone or iPad..Its soft on the knees and has adjustable bar at the back to set the angle to your liking.

I looked at many book holders, and even previously had a cushion foam iPad holder, and a plastic board with the movable arms. I didn’t like any of them and donated them.I wanted a book holder that had• a cushion• a page holder•adjustable angle• had wood or solid surface so I may also use it for drawing an writing• and is not too heavy•and is not to huge/big•big enough for holding laptop (fits my apple 12 in laptopThis does all of those things! I read on kindle too but I love reading my physical books which I annotate so I needed something comfortable to hold my book. This is perfect! Wish I had gotten this sooner! Definitely get this one, the adjustable angles is a must have in a book holder, at least in my opinion. It’s very versatile, love it!Would I change anything? From a design perspective it’s great for its intended usage. However some things I’d like to note•the page holder is black, so you do need to move it up to read about 2-3 sentences it covers. Would be nice if the page holder were clear instead.•while there is storage on the back, you have to dig your hand in to grab something or better to turn the board around to see what you’re grabbing. Although there’s a pencil holder on the top front of the board which is perfect!* something that would make this even more PERFECT is ,storage box screwed on the inside of the board so that way on the front of board there could be a door cover you can open to easily access the pencils/ or whatever you put in for storage. * if the designers are reading this, please implement one with this that’d be awesome! Or a snack cubby holder on the front, that’d be awesome too!Definitely get this to hold your books! The adjustable angle helps to read in any spot whether on the desk, on your lap, or laying in bed. This is the book holder to get if you love reading!

Excellent product. Heavy enough to stay in place and hold tablet or large book. Exactly what I wanted. Like the angel adjustability. Is also rather stylish.
