It does feel great in the hand, so that is why he has a 5 star ergonomic rating. I have emailed the maker (like what was recommended in the package instructions). I have not received a response. I will see if Amazon will exchange it for an equally priced item.

I ordered this mouse, and it arrived without the USB transmitter. Thinking that was just an honest mistake, I sent it back and ordered another one. Same thing, no transmitter. Sent that one back and ordered a different product.

I mean, for the price, it's pretty solid. Side buttons are pretty neat, and the design is nice. Sometimes get some random mouse twitches, but nothing worth complaining about.

Defective.

I bought this 6 months ago, It doesn't work at all. Horrible mouse control.
