The best for induction cooking. Nothing else comes close.
Vollrath Tribute best stainless steel aluminum core pans on the planet. An absolute must for anyone considering induction cooking. Blows the competition out of the water!!A bit pricey though. But so worth the extra expense for the best. You'll never need to replace it.

Instantly dirty
This pan is dirty after each use, and very difficult to clean. Have used Easy-Off, or scouring powder, and even that is difficult. I know the pan is supposed to be seasoned with oil. Makes no difference. Have other brand pans that clean up easily.

Follow simple curing directions first!
Cured the pan once as described and next cooked eggs the next day and they slid off easier than my premium Teflon pan, totally surprised and sold on this and happy to be off Teflon
