what does upload "stamp mean" in software?
The description says: The main unit measuring range is: -328~2501℉(-200~1372℃), but two types of probe can measure up to ~1300 F. Why is that?
How to do the calibration? Can it be calibrated with ice water and boiling water?
is there a wet bulb probe available for it?

Beware the Software

This thermocouple temperature data logger is a fair value, but honestly it's documentation is atrocious. Chiefly, you need to know that the software used to interact with this data logger apparently only runs under 64-bit versions of Microsoft Windows (64-bit Windows 10 in my case). There is no MacOS version of the software, and I would guess that there are no plans at the manufacturer to produce one in the future. Another positive (I think) was that when I emailed the manufacturer to ask about the Windows version compatibilities, I got a reply within a few hours (on a late Friday evening). That said, while the manufacturer did give me a list of compatible windows versions (Windows 7, 8, 10, and 11), they didn't state clearly that a 64-bit version of Windows is required. I was lucky to have access to the 64-bit version of Windows 10 through my employer (a university), so I had the luxury of doing trial-and-error troubleshooting of the software compatibility issue on an old Mac notebook that I had available to me. Also, once you get the data logger software running, you need to open a serial link to the logger in the software before it will work as expected.

works great - also as a data logger

Great with data logger function and USB readout to a PC.

Device: decent build. Great display. Viewing data points on device handy. Can read data while recording. Date and time cannot be set in device, you will need to make a note of when you start recording.Software: looks and feels like its from 1995. Defaults to celsius; change units in right hand side prior to importing data. Live data recording is handy. Exporting table to excel nice BUT it includes the degrees symbol, which makes using the data hard. HINT: use =substitute function to remove degrees and then use =value function to turn it into a number. Youll essentially have to build a template to copy and paste exported data to in order to use it. It is dumb you have to do this to use the data and i have removed a star just because of this.Getting this device to communicate with COM ports is tricky. Youll need to enable COM ports in the device manager under legacy software. Once thats done youll notice when you plug it in a port appears with a "!" on it. This means it doesnt have the correct driver. Google search "CH341SER" and the first link will bring you to a downloadable file. Download file. Then go into device manager and manually update driver for this port while device is plugged in. Search that downloaded folder and computer should pull drivers it needs. Should work after that.Function: instructions are missing info. Doesnt talk about calibrating and using adjustment feature. My understanding is you can adjust each channel by whole number degrees to calibrate it. Boiling water would do the trick. Note that calibration technically depends on length of wire. Wish the time intervals were better; it goes from 1 minute to 30 minutes with no way to change it (10 would be nice). This gets annoying cause it only can store 5000 points... so at 1minute thats almost 3.5 days.

Great item for the price

This is a really impressive item for under $100. I have only barely used it, no recording yet so too early to write a review. (some of these requests for review come before I even get the item) The T/Cs that come with it are too low temp and too short to be of much use but I have lots of T/Cs and t/c wire already so no much issue for me.

Decent for the money

Works well, except that min/max/ avg does absolutely nothing, continues displaying both current temperatures in those modes.
