Keys brake off
The lock, the keys braking off a production and design fault.

Very poor quality lock and not Uk standard
Do not buy this , looks nice but lock is not standard, so you cannot replace barrel ( which is very poor quality) or get any additional keys cut. Cheap Chinese import i suspect.

Great handle
It's a very sturdy handle. Opens very smoothly and quietly. I also love the look of it! Looks like in the picture. And a very lovely price for all this. Recommend.

Handle is nice quality, lock is not fit for purpose.
To be honest I would pay £25.00 for the handle alone as that is nice quality. The lock and cylinder are poor quality. Would be fine maybe on an outhouse/garden room.

beautiful looking but not standard sizes
Nothing about this product is standard. Standard size for the Mortice Sashlock is 64mm (d) by 102mm (H) and the spindle centre is 44mm in the UK and Ireland. This one is significantly larger, ( the spindle is 44mm) so you need to re-cut the door to get it to fit. even the front plate is longer.I fitted it and its a beautiful lock.Unfortunately i needed to change the Euro Cylinder to a new set which has a master key, and then the shocker - even the cutout on the mortice and the handles for the lock cylinder is different to the standard. Bizarrely is significantly smaller. So i had to fit a new standard mortice and new handles but now the cutout in the door is too large, so i have had to glue some pieces of wood in. lots of work.

Everything non-standard and NOT a Euro Lock
A very long time getting around to doing the job that needed this.A main reason for getting this one was that it said it had a Euro Lock - IT DOESN'T, the measurements all smaller than a genuine Euro Lock. The keys are not substantial and I suspect will easily break as the mechanism isn't the smoothest even when new.Not a genuine Euro Lock so no replacement/additional keys possible.Good feature that the door face plates bolt through with no screw showing on the outside, unfortunately they couldn't be bothered to give the measurement so the drilling has to be done by guesswork - in other words an accurate hole from the inside and enlarge it massively from the outside to allow for not being able to drill at a precise angle by hand and with the door in place.Don't waste your money. Plenty of alternatives available with standard measurements, good or better quality and at a comparable price.

NOT a Euro cylnder lock!
It does say 'non standard size Euro Cylinder lock', but this is wrong at its actually not a euro cylinder at all.If you are fitting to a new door this may not be an issue for you, but if you do, good luck if you ever need to change the lock in the future. The handles and bits all seem fairly sturdy, but the lock itself feels very cheaply made.I was hoping to have an all in one solution but this has proven to be a total waste of money and will shortly be placed in the bin. I now need to by the seprate bits from Screwstation or Toolfix
