Tastes fresh
I am taking the poppy oil with the hopes of improving my osteoporosis. Since it takes at least a year to show any changes, I'm not sure at this point if it helps with that or not. On the other hand, this oil tastes fresh, just like the poppy was pressed yesterday. Great buy.
