No cocoanut oil so no migraines for me!
Cocoanut oil gives me migraines, but this palm oil product does not!

Easier to take than the liquid. I've lost 20 pounds using this and eating low carb. It worked for me.

Awesome especially for travel
I've been using MCT oil for many years, mainly in liquid form. But it is a real pain to travel with a bottle of liquid MCT oil. These capsules are perfect for me when traveling! They're also just plain easy to take and use. Highly recommend - 5 stars! I will be purchasing again.
