Amazing product. Just be careful, it's very bleachy. But the product makes a difference on the path in my garden.Strongly recommended.

It really does work! Yes its a bit expensive but so much less hassle than normal. We put it on our enamel slabs and brushed it in to the cracks too, so all the grouting was perfect afterwards as well. I think i used a bit too much on the first half of the patio as I don't think you need too much. By the time I had got to almost the next slab, this powerful liquid had started to work on the first one! We were worried about our grass and plants that are around the patio, but washed it off with clean water afterwards as directed, and they were fine.Have recommended this solution to lots of friends already.It’s probably one of the most expensive cleaners on the market but it is without doubt one of the best if you want light work. Just about to order more for our block paving and green shed!

This stuff actually works well but it is way too expensive. Just to try it out I bought one 5l container to see if it was any good, it was good but I did not have enough to finish my patio.Having read the reviews here I decided to try some bleach from the kitchen cupboard, and I was surprised to find that the results were identical.The next day I went to Tesco and bought five 2l containers of thick bleach at just £1.29 per container, I did the job and achieved excellent results.So save your money, buy supermarket thick bleach and the outcome is identical, my patio now looks as good as new.

This is excellent. Black spot and marks all cleared, must wear gloves and I would recommend a mask as it does smell of chemicals. Worked quickly, easy to use and very happy.

Just tried the product and found it to work fine, my steps look a lot cleaner after having the builders in plus all the algae has cleaned off, I have a large patio area and the 5 litre bottle didn't cover it so would need to get another bottle so quite expensive, there is a strong smell of bleach and where it has splashed the colour has gone, fortunately I had old clothes on, I think all in all the product would work well in a small area but having to scrub it afterwards with the broom to spread it then rinsing with the hose is a faff I can do without. I will the jet washer out again nearer the summer, it did clean very quickly though and as I used a weed spray it was easy to use.

Terrible.I bought this based on numerous videos I had seen over a couple of months and thought I would give it a goI applied this first thing in the morning in the shade and left it to work it's "Miracle" for 10 minutes. I then used a soft brush to agitated the cleaner.I then used a garden hose to wash it off.The results are no way near like the videos show and this had made hardly any difference to my patio..a lot of work and money for no results. Please do not waste your time or money

This stuff is great! I didn't jet wash my Indian sandstone slabs at all last year. So they had 2 years worth of grime on them and barely see any sun during autumn and winter, so get really bad. I jet washed them first and could then see they were covered in terrible black spots. I then put this stuff down and worked in a bit with a broom. I left it on longer than the 6-10 mins stated. You can literally see it working though as the minutes go by.I have a attached a before (but after initial jet washing) and after treatment collage of photos so you can see how bad they were. I did run out of the stuff, otherwise would have given it another application on the feint bits which are still visible. But the slabs still look way better than they have done for years. I've always avoided treating them as I have a pet, so didn't want something that just gets left on. I liked the idea that thos is washed away after treatment.Great stuff. Will be getting some more for next spring.

Used this for my Indian Stone patio and I am very happy with the result. I feel it has cleaned it really well without having to use a pressure washer and using minimal effort! I followed the instructions and liberally spread it onto my Indian Stone and gave it agitation with a brush. I probably left it on for around 30 minutes, which is longer than the recommended time, but when I used the garden hose to rinse it I wasn't disappointed with the result!I have subsequently sealed my patio and several people, including the Amazon delivery guy, have asked me what I have used.I have ordered more for the Stone at the other side of the house and it is due to arrive tomorrow, so I am looking forward to round 2!Picture shows patio being sealed, hence the milky solution. This product is clear and smells of lemon!Wear old clothes, including shoes, as it shows no mercy!Whilst not cheap to buy, I think you get result you pay for and I am happy with mine.
