This is a godsend. I bought it specifically for traveling so I wouldn't have to lug around my regular pillow, and it’s been amazing. I’ve even inflated it on the plane to use during the flight and then deflated it before landing—super easy to use.I love that it's the same design as my regular Breast Friend, which I use at home, so both my baby and I were already familiar with it. It inflates quickly and holds air really well, even with frequent use. The only tricky part is the cover—it’s almost impossible to put on once fully inflated. I highly recommend putting the cover on while the pillow is only half inflated, then finishing the inflation after the cover is in place.Such a lifesaver for travel with a baby!

I am mad at myself for not buying this when travelling with my first born. On a recent week long solo trip with my 3 month old, I used this in the airports, on the flights, and at the hotel. It was a lifesaver (and arm saver)! It inflates so easily, maybe 5 or 6 breaths. It deflates and rolls back up into its carrying case easily too. Very comfy for nursing, and then my baby slept in my arms on the pillow the entire flight and we were with very comfy. I didn't have any issues with air leaking. I'm plus size and was still able to use the belt without issue, and the back support was really nice. Absolutely no complaints.

Packs down really nicely and was honestly so nice to have as I breastfed my baby away from home. We intended to use it on the plane but never got to doing that but I imagine it would be helpful there too as you can rest your arms and also let baby lay on it. Otherwise, we used it in the hotel room and on the beach. It packs down nicely and very light in weight. So glad I purchased this and will be taking it with me everywhere we go.

Used this breastfeeding pillow on an international trip with my 3 month old. It was super easy to blow up and use on the airplane. It provided a great surface for my lap infant to sleep on so I didn't have to hold him or baby wear him the whole time (he is a little heater, so we both get too warm if I use a baby carrier for too long). I was able to use the infant lap belt with this pillow and it made me feel like he was safe and comfortable. This was a great solution and made it so easy to feed him during the flights! I have started using it at home and in the car as well.

This was a huge disappointment. Not only did it deflate, but the whole thing is flimsy and not very tall so I ended up hunched over to feed my baby. The back piece didn’t sit in the right spot so there is zero back support.

I recommend this as a must-have item for any breastfeeding mom. However, there are some quality issues with this item. The first pillow I bought had a seam open up causing it to deflate. The second one I bought, the cover came with an inch sized hole in a seam close to the zipper. Because I love the function of the inflatable pillow, I am keeping it since it is still usable even with the hole in the fabric.I've used this pillow in the car for parking lot feeds, on an airplane, at the beach, etc., and it has made it so much more comfortable. The convenience of having this pillow "just in case" is so helpful.

Hands down best money spent! I used this so much on our vacation & on my baby’s first flight. Packs up easily in the diaper bag and super easy to blow up. Used this on the plane, airport, by the pool on vacation, everywhere! So much better than packing the boppy pillow which I didn’t want to pack a bulky pillow but I needed something for nursing. Also she was able to sleep on the pillow the entire flight so I didn’t have to actually hold her. Seriously if you’re considering this do yourself a favor and get it! I never leave reviews but this pillow was a game changer for our vacation.
