This really does help relax you, once you get used to the spikes. I also use this time to meditate. Do it every day and start with just five mins.

Initially was a bit of a shock to get used to how spiky are the spikes! But after adopting a technique of lying down slowly, being still all is now fine.

Fantastic product, complements the full mat nicely. You definitely feel more relaxed after using this for 15/20 minutes or so.

I’m sorry but I really couldn’t get to love this, despite all the glowing reviews. Maybe I haven’t given it enough of a chance as I just found it quite unpleasant to use so it quickly ended up under the bed and I’ve gone back to my foam rollers for muscle release. As a very keen sportsperson and yoga fanatic I’d bought it for improved sleep but can’t really judge it fairly after so little use. I’ve tried to offload it on my friends but sadly they didn’t enjoy the experience either. Yes the sharpness decreases after a few minutes but I didn’t find the bliss point that others describe afterwards - no idea how they fell asleep on it, i got bored and ended up with lots of little marks all over my back. I did a lot of research first and this seemed one of the best available so I’m sure others may persist longer with it and maybe get better results, just not for me and I have a very high pain threshold so thought I’d enjoy it.

Having used a yantra mat and yantra blow up pillow for quite sometime (4 years roughly) I thought this would be a nice add to my collection. Sadly it is poorly made, even though it is memory foam it's cheap quality and does not support your back properly. I would not recommend anyone to buy this as there is much better items available for much better value.
