Very attractive design. Keeps the coffee hot which is what I needed. Very happy with this purchase.

Looks well made and keeps coffee nice and hot but……pour spout is poorly designed, pours a very wide stream of liquid.Watch out…..easy to pour coffee, etc. all over the counter. Never have I seen anything that pours like this.

The lid does not easily seal tight after pouring.

It leaks.Lid does not close on its own and won't seal.It is a small opening that is hard to fill. Ice you have to add 1 cube at a time.Water barely hot after 3-4 hours.I was replacing one that worked well and liked the look. I am going to go back to that brand.

It's perfect for the price !! It's important to know, the carafe must be preheated with hot water. This will keep coffee hotter much longer.

I ordered two of theses and one of them, the silver cane right off under the pour spout.

This product works and keeps drinks hot for hours. The design is very modern and beautiful but alittle to wide at the base. It's difficult to clean because the top isn't removable so it flops back and forth trying to clean it or rinse which is annoying. I would have given it 5 stars if it was slimmer design and the top was removable.

This is a very basic thermal carafe for hot stuff and works very well with coffee. It's nice looking, very light , and easy to use. My only real criticism would be for the lid that seals the carafe, but it is very minor; the lid can get in the way of filling.Given the price and the size this was the best one I could find and that includes going out to my local discount stores. I've been using it several times a week and it hasn't let me down yet.
