This is my first negative review I would say.....So the problem is despite being expensive shilajit this thing only has given me side effects...and the only gain i feeled is a very slight energy level..do not consume it ..It will give u heavy hairfall problems and heavy metal diseases..Go with upkarma shilajit. Its 10 times better than this in gains..I was facing heavy hairfall problems after taking this for 4 weeks...the side effects started to show after 2 weeks ..I regret purchasing this wasted 800 rs for this fraud..This is genuine review ...i don't have any beef with kapiva ..I just shared what I experienced after consuming this gold resin shilajit

Okay Product. Nothing special or Great as claimed by the Brand - Kapiva. I’ve used it regularly for a month now and I haven’t felt any changes unfortunately in terms of Strength Or Power enhancement. The only change I felt was a better sleep quality and reduced stress.
