Great bargain.

Fit perfectly with my mask. And lasted a long time. Worked better than the original one that came with the mask. Easy to install and use. There was no leak compared the the original and it is very comfortable. I will be getting more instead of spending so much on the original ones.

It's a good fit for me. It seems to fir a little different than the OEM brand especially at the bridge of my nose, but it good enough for the price difference. I have only been using it for less than a week so I can't comment on durability at this point.

I purchased the CPAP cushion in a size small which is what I've always worn for the past 7 years since I started using a CPAP machine. However, It fit snuggly and no matter how I adjusted the straps, it would not work. I reached out to them and asked them about a refund. They kindly replied very promptly and gave me half a refund. I thought that was very generous. They emailed me several times trying to offer helpful suggestions. They went above and beyond. I'm very grateful for their excellent customer service.The CPAP cushion was very similar to the Resmed F20 . I appreciate that there are still companies who really put the customer first! I gave them a four-star review just because the mask didn't work size wise. Because the mask was almost the right size I was concerned that a medium would be really too large. I really wish that the mask would have worked because I would have loved to support a company that cares as much about doing things right!

I have been buying the "cushion" type mask because of the comfort but recently those have been failing very early in use. I went with this one to give it a try being that it wasn't a resmed branded mask. I did have my concerns but I have to say that I'm very pleased with it after the first night. I'll update later if it fails within the next month. If it doesn't and it works like it did first use I'll have no reason to but first impressions it's very comfortable and the presentation out the box was very pleasant as well. Made me feel it would be a quality product if it's displayed that well by the company upon opening. Great job

I’m not sure what’s different about this mask compared to the others I’ve had, but it feels different. The seal isn’t as soft and pliable as others. It’s not as comfortable on my face and will occasionally leak.

Ran out of my Resmed Airfit cushion from the manufacturer and was looking for a replacement that would not break the bank. This is a great generic alternative. Have been using it for awhile and have zero complaints. Would order again.

I went to the IBEET Store so that everything would fit together without a problem. Well, I bought the (Replacement Headgear Frame Assembly for F&P Simplus - Quick Release for Convenient Use, IBEET Replacement Strap Set for Fisher & Paykel Simplus (No Cushion)) that was on their store site, and also was the same mask Amazon suggested. I got them only to find the mask would not stay attached to the headgear. I am not sure if we are missing some part or what but the mask would not stay on the blue part that is attached to the headgear and on the other side the hose connector would fall off the same blue part. The blue plastic part wouldn't stay on so the hose would fall off and the mask didn't stay on this made for a very bad night trying to sleep. I was disappointed with this purchase. To fix we had to melt the blue part onto the mask and on the headgear. I will not be buying from this company again. 1 star because it didn't fit the headgear made. The hole where you put the hose in was just too big and kept falling off.
