Wellsley Farms Organic Blue Agave, 36 oz.

The Agave is of very good quality. I've stuck to this brand for years. Sadly, it arrives more or less in an envelope & so, a portion of the syrup is lost in the packaging. Would I buy it again? Definitely yes! Will I keep at asking Amazon to package it better? Definite YES to!On the whole, for those who love Agave syrup, this is a very good brand.

My wife is hooked on Agave to sweeten her coffee. We used to travel 40 minutes to a warehouse store to get this brand. I jumped on it when I saw it was available on-line. As with just about everything I order through Amazon, the order process was easy and the product arrived on or before the date promised.This is the same exact product. It arrived as promised and it's exactly what my wife wanted. We're both happy campers!

this is really about Agave in general not this particular brand - I like to use it as a honey replacement because even though it has roughly the same calorie and sugar content, you can use less due to how thin it isexample: recipe wants 1.5 C honey, I use < 0.75 C of agave

Just got this today and its taste is fine...This isn't my first foray into agave so I wasn't surprised that the taste is acceptable...My problem is not with the product but the cheap cap on it...It's not some nice thick flip but a cheap thin one that is barely attached to the whole top...In fact the little thin strip that keeps it attached to the screw off part of the cap is so thin that it started to peel off just after the first use. Also, it doesn't flip back very far and you have to be careful when pouring or you can get it all over the cap and make a mess. In fact its such a pain I ended up just tearing it off which leaves a hole exposed. Removing the whole cap makes more of a mess when using it...Good stuff at a fair price, but I think I will pass on getting it again unless they improved the cap on it...

A great sweetener - dissolves wonderfully in cold liquid (like iced tea or lemonade) without having to mix it for six hours or dissolve it in hot water first like you have to do with sugar.This is the real deal, baby. Not high fructose corn syrup. Just enjoy it in moderation like everything else and you'll be fine.

I substituted this for a more spend brand (refilled the bottle) with no apparent complaint. I just need to keep it slightly more filled every so often, then we don't have to get the expensive stuff at the market. The price is right for this stuff!

Product as described, fast delivery. Did read that it is not very healthy from multiple sources after I bought it, but it in my smoothie recipes and it does sweeten the drinks without sugar substitutes.

This is really good stuff, especially for Diabetics since it's lower on the Glycemic scale. 25% sweeter than sugar, but is much slower to metabolize, which helps keep down those nasty spikes. There are a couple brands which sell bulk this in gallons, which will save you about 30% over these smaller bottles.
