The metal clip on the back of it can hold the ventilation holes and never flop over even though violent shakes, yet it is still easy to remove, could last long time to use. (the clip part has a black rubber protective sleeve it won't scratch anything) How to Use: 1. Add a few drops of your favorite essential oil/perfume to the pad and put it in the locket. 2. Slide the clip into the diffuser locket and make sure it is the right direction. 3. Insert the locket diffuser to your car air vent, it will slowly release fresh healthy scent. 4. If you want to change different scents, just replace the used pad by other refill pads that comes along. Tips: ● To help slowing down the evaporation/making the fragrance last longer, you may want to put your diffuser (and/or pads with oils on them) back into the pouch at the end of the day. ● For convenience, we suggest you to keep a bottle of essential oil in your car, so you can just add a few fresh drops every a couple days when you first get in your car.
