Gas Wall Recessed-MNT Furnace,36900 BtuH

This furnace is a piece of junk. Right out of the box, the thermostat was no good. Fortunately, the company I hired to install it graciously gave me a new one. But unit never worked right, and two months and over $400 later (in addition to what I paid to have it installed), neither my local company, my gas company, nor the manufacturer has been able to figure out what's wrong with it. Now I'll probably have to pay to have it taken out of my wall. Here in the northeast we have had record cold temperatures this winter, and I have been without a furnace. I hope I can get Amazon to help me get a refund, because the seller does not answer their phone nor do they return messages.
