Works for 2003 Tahoe
Replaced the factory one with this, the buttons look very slightly different, not enough that most people would even notice unless they compare side by side to the original, but if you demand a perfect replica of the original you might not be happy with it. Functionally it fits as well as the original and works just fine.

Looks good and works like it is supposed to
Replaced this switch because mine had peeling buttons and a short in it as the heated seats would randomly turn on by themselves. It was a kind of tight wedging the one end in place so that the switch snapped into place but it finally went. Tested it out before putting the door panel back on and it worked like it should. This thing is worth it just to get nice new buttons, especially if it lasts a while.

Looks good, could've fit better
This was a replacement on an '05 Suburban and it looks great. I had to shave a little material down to get it to fit the factory hole.

Looks and works great!
As you can see in the picture it looks great and is almost identical to the Original part. Although, what little is different is a positive. The seat warmer buttons on my original part stick out too much and I found myself hitting them on accident all the time. This new one sits a little more flush and so not only does it look a little better but functions better as well. No issues or complaints here! Looks and works great! And a great price also!

Not for 05 Tahoe
I’ve had replacement sent regardless to both of the items they are defective. They will not do the gas pedal adjustment or the exit setting.
