The bracelet itself is great. The charging element is very cheap and the prongs bend easily. I can no longer use the bracelet because I am unable to charge it.I contacted the seller and they wanted to give me a discount when I bought a new bracelet. I told them I did not a discount, I just wanted them to replace the charging element. They even asked me to take pictures of the bracelet and the charger. I did take the pictures and sent them.They said they would check with their manufacturer and get back to me.I have NOT heard anything as of yet.VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

I really wanted to love this gadget! It's a nice design and has tons of features. Unfortunately, while I was impressed with the oxygen, blood pressure and heart rate monitoring I found it to be lacking in the most basic feature. It would not tract my activity!! Walking, running......it didn't matter. The number remained at zero. As an avid runner I keep track of my statistics and unfortunately have gaps in my data as a result of this inferior product. I will be returning it.

First purchase of this brand / manufacturer so unsure if this was a one time event. The unit did NOT out of the packaging. Charged it for hours several times over the first 48 hours but no avail. The upside was the hat the rerun was quick and so was the refund. The company did reach out via email to apologize. I did NOT repurchase. Lesson learned - the words cheap & waterproof tracker do NOT go together! Will save my pennies and buy the real deal.

This product does not work as described. It took hours to get it linked, and after 5 days it stopped recording steps. I uninstalled, re-installed and reset the app to no avail. I even tried a similar app, and the watch performed the same. The manufacturer has not responded to my request for refund.... that's it for non-Prime purchases!!!

Product worked for approx month. Just after window to return had expired it stopped working correctly. I uninstalled and reinstalled the device several times and that didn't seem to help at all. Very unhappy and don't recommend it to anyone.

Would probably give higher rating if the instructions were better written. I have to say I love the small size. much nicer that my Surge.

It works great and has some handy features for an inexpensive fitness watch. I wasn't expecting much, but it actually does the trick!
