update: I took out the motor pump and let it dry outside for a day. and it worked after thatThe product ran good for three months and now the motor stoped working. How to order replacement motor?

Mine works , had everything in it. Low noise level. Very nice Peaceful addition to my sunroom.

I got this as a gift for my cat and he loves it. The sounds of the water falling is very tranquil. The pump is strong and it has good pressure. Some what easy to clean, only because of the design makes it hard to reach the ends. It's small size, doesn't take up a lot of space.

I followed the directions and always made sure the pump was covered with water. After two uses for only a couple hours each (I unplugged it when not in the room) the pump failed to work. Amazon was nice enough to issue a refund. I will try a different fountain.

Beautiful fountain! I love just sitting & reading & listening to the tranquil water. It’s very relaxing.

My initial review was a 1 star because the product was received damaged.I returned the original and immediately received a replacement in perfect condition. Looks exactly as pictured and very excited to put it to use.

It appears mostly grey unless light is shining directly on it.
