I purchased this for my friends' house. They got it today. Great kit! Very good quality! All the pieces you need are in the box.Set up was easy, it took us about half hour.Tips: wear helmets for the younger kids as the ride is veryfast, keep it as low as possible then no worry about hands slipping.

The media could not be loaded.  The product is welll packaged with easy to understand installation instruction. The installation is not that hard, but does need two persons to work together. Kids have lots of fun with it! Absolutely love it!

This is an excellent product. Being enjoyed by all of my children from age 5 to 16.Great Seller! The sling cable that came with the kit did not fit around the tree that we were using, and to the disappointment of my children we were not able to put it up. The seller replied right away that they would help and cut us a new sling cable and sent it via FedEx from China in about a week. We were up and running in only a few hours.It is a little hard to get it to the correct tension in order that it not sag too much. We have been using it a few days already and we need to tighten it again. For my 16 year old daughter it needs to be much tighter so that it she does not drag on the floor.Overall a great product, but get an adult to help you put it up.

We bought this as a Christmas present for our kids. Just put it up today and the wheel bearing broke the first time my daughter used it😟 Customers Service is great when contacted! They sent us replacement parts and it works great now.

With this long line, it's not easy to install at all! Had to to buy extra special tool to tighten the line. Besides that, it is so so so fun!

Kids absolutely love this Zip Line. Very well made and easy to install

I will be returning this zip line kit for the following reasons.First. This kit only comes with 3/16” diameter cable. While this is technically enough cable to hold a little over 800 lbs. of pulling load/ it is not enough safety factor there. Most of the kits I compared were at least ¼” cable if not 5/16.Second, the 3 cable clamps supplied for the 3/16 cable are not the correct size. They are for at least 5/16” cable. This is a major safety problem and if you have sold other kits this way, THEY SHOULD BE RECALLED!!! I have been around cranes and cables enough to know that using the wrong size clamp, can damage or even sever a cable, causing injury.Third. The turnbuckle supplied does not have wide enough eye to put both ends of the short cable in as shown in the instructions. The only way to get both of the cable ends in the clevis is to put them in so they are pulling on the sides of the clevis. Again this is very dangerous. All cables should be positioned so that the load continues through all connections in a straight line.I did not assemble anything to test the trolley, but I can see that the rollers are very small and most likely will not hold up.From what I can see, the only thing I would trust this kit for would be using it for a clothes line!
