Many positives to say about this knife. Took a star away because I don't like the polished finish on this one. Ultimately, it makes the blade feel a bit too kitcheny. A more hammered look to the steel might have better suited the French-Indian War era piece that this is. One man's opinion

Tight sheath, sharp blade, thinner and more flexible than I was expecting not for hard jobs. I’ve used this for fishing, camping and cooking. This is a great food prep knife for home or the outdoors. Fine for small tasks with wood.

Got this with the intent of stripping the finish and putting a patina on it. Nice knife, very thin made for skinning and slicing

This is basically a kitchen knife with a belt sheath. This knife has a thin blade and feels somewhat like a tiny machete in the hand. Very light! The grip is great. It has 2 thick walnut scales on the handle that fill your hand sufficiently. It has a flat grind and wouldn't take much to get it hair-splitting sharp. I've yet to put it to any kind of real test other than just doing a paper test on it. I expect that it will perform well as I've never had Condor let me down. The sheath is thick, stiff leather and good quality as per usual with Condor. Can't see any cons with this blade so far.
