The only one that worked for me… I struggle with heavy insomnia and take heavy sleeping pills but sometimes need melatonin so it’s only natural low doses don’t work on me and not any brand, but this one managed to do a little.. which is a lot!!! With melatonin at least with me it doesn’t make you pass out quick, it makes you tired enough to sleep so when you feel tired or start yawing lay your head on the pillow and put yourself to sleep. it takes time to kick in and from one person to another it’s different , for me it takes from 30 minutes to 2 hours. Avoid caffeine prior, make sure you’re relaxed and cozy.

I tried this product for three nights in a row. On the first night, I started with the recommended dosage. While I did feel sleepier than usual, I could not stay asleep that night. According to my fitbit I was in a state of light sleep/awake for 5 out of the 7 hours I was in bed. Every time I would wake up, my body felt uncomfortable, and I experienced a sort of buzzing sensation throughout my body.I reduced the second dosage by half the second night. My sleep was worse than the night before.On the third night, I hate a third of one pill. Still terrible sleep, but it was much better. Still not an improvement over the previous week before I tried this product.I gave up after that. This product has great reviews, and I am so happy that it's working for most people. Unfortunately, it was a complete disaster for me. No stars for the product. Two stars for customer service. I was allowed to return this product for a full refund, and I am EXTREMELY appreciative of that.

I take it 30-1h before bedtime and you really start feeling the effect. It fixed my terrible sleep schedule and also helped me sleep deeper without waking up every 2-3 hours at night.

My issue is I wake up so many times and this is my worst issue to be honest I was sceptic to take again any MELATONIN again because of my previous experiences with other brands ; my wife insisted that I should try this brand and tried it so I took 2 pieces in the first night two hours before and it didn't do any thing , the second day I did same things ( 2 pills 2 hours before bed time ) then WAW !!! I slept deeply like a baby, maybe I woke up only 2 times and waking is so natural , relax and drove to my work in peace and harmony . For sure I recommend this brand and for sure I will order again .Thanks to the vendor and amazonKamal

I have been struggling to fall asleep at a suitable time for a few weeks now, which has really impacted my lifestyle. I couldn't help falling asleep at odd hours of the morning and then waking up in the afternoon/evening- which basically means my entire day is wasted. I'm not a night person, so I really wanted to find a way to fix this. I'm also not a fan of sleeping pills, and I tried every other trick in the book to fix my schedule so it wasn't looking good for me. My friend then gave me some leftover tablets that she had, and from the first night I was able to fall asleep! I've been taking this for 10 days now and it has fixed my sleeping schedule, I'm so pleased with this product. I ordered my own bottle yesterday, and look forward to continuing use.

The front of bottle is misleading. It says 10 mg and 120 tablets. But if you read at the back it's 10 mg in serving of 2 tablets.So if you are looking for 10 mg then this is 60 servings and not 120.
