Funtasmaby Pleaser Women's Dame-05/IV Ankle Boot

I ordered these boots to go with a Can Can Girl Halloween Costume and I am very pleased with the way they look with the costume. The black lace on the sides of the boots is very cute and I love the low heel since I will be wearing them for an extended amount of time and I don't want my feet too hurt like they would with very high heels on. Because most of the other reviews said that these boots ran "small", I ordered a 1/2 size larger (I usually wear a size 6 1/2 in boots but I ordered the size 7) and they fit perfectly. I would say that the reason most people say these boots run small is because of the way the boots narrow at the toes. As long as you order a 1/2 size larger, they should fit fine though. The only negative thing I can say about these boots is that they rub my legs right around the top edge of the boot but I purchased a pair of black ankle socks that have a lace cuff and I wear those with the boots and it stops the boots from rubbing my legs and irritating them. Plus, the black lace socks actually look like they are something you would wear with the boots so it does not look awkward. For the low price, these are great boots and I think they will look good with my Pirate Halloween Costume too so I will get more use out of them. I would definitely recommend these boots to other women.

Just got my combined package an hour ago. First off, Pleaser packaged these shoe-boots Really well so they wouldn't get scraped or scuffed up during shipping. Next I must say, these shoes are VERY pretty! 😍😍 Literally "Eye-Candy For Your Feet"! And you can easily dress these up-or-down! I ordered black, so with black tights, socks, or stockings, the Black lace showing will add a sexy-glam to your outfit whether it's paired with leggings, office/dress pants, a dress, or spandex jeans with a lacey top or sweater. They're also very comfortable with a shapely, yet flat-bottomed 2-inch heel that gives you stability when you stand & walk. I ordered a Size-10 and these are roomy enough to wear dress-socks or tights that are medium-thickness and still be able to move your toes comfortably--no pinching anywhere for me. 😄 These are clearly one of the best investments I've ever made in ordering dressy-booties online. 💕And I love them so much I'm going to order them in White as well! I never write reviews but I depend on reviews of others when buying products, especially shoes. I typically wear a 8 1/2 Wide shoe. In fact, I have a lot of trouble finding shoes wide enough to fit my foot properly. So, based upon other customer reviews, I sized up. I ordered a size 10. I truly thought I would be sending these back for a refund, I've never had luck buying shoes online. I bought these shoes for a witch costume, thinking they were cute enough to possibly wear for other occasions. The amazing news is they fit! I havent worn them for any length of time as I've just received them, so I can't tell you how comfortable they will be. I can say that the toe box is a bit narrow, but again I have a wide foot. The lace panels on the side of the boot are stiff (which will make them last) but a little scratchy. There isn't any cushion in these so I will be purchasing inserts for comfort. All in all these were better than I expected. They are cute, better than the pictures in my opinion. If you are a half size, definitely size up and if your foot is wide, go up another size.

Having read the prior reviews I expected them to be a bit narrow. However, they were much more comfortable and better made than I'd expected. I have and will wear them again. Very cute!

I'll start with the good.I wear a size 12, so it is reeaaally hard to find dress shoes in my size. Often what is listed as a 12 is still too small. These, however, fit true to size.The heels seem sturdy, and the mesh is pretty and well made.However.There is NO tread, just a few barely perceptible lines. I nearly took a diver in my living room with the first two steps.The edges of one of the shoes (where the material meets the sole) was torn up. And on both there was wear at the top edge of the ankle.Now, maybe I'm one of those unlucky suckers who managed to get that one pair of used shoes that slipped through the returns process. But I'm not impressed.There is zero arch support, but the shoes were just large enough I could put my orthotic inserts in and they still fit. I wore them around with the inserts for maybe 10 minutes and they seemed fine in that time, no pinching or rubbing.As many others have noted the ankles are not very tight. I'm not known for my chicken legs, but I had these laced up as tight as they go and still had quite a bit of wiggle room.In all I'm a bit disappointed. I think I'll probably try exchanging them to see if I can get a pair that doesn't look used, and if the tread is still non existent but I'm happy enough with the shoe I might try creating some kind of tread for them.

I like the style (especially the peek-a-boo effect of socks showing through the lace) and and purchased more than one pair over the years. Unfortunately, the materials seem to be getting cheaper since the imitation leather started cracking across the top of the foot within a month. The back seam has also started to come apart. These have only been worn about a month so don't expect them to last very long!

I bought these vintage looking boots for an upcoming parade. I've worn them around the house to get comfortable in them and they are fine. I wear a size 8 but bought a 9 since they don't come in half sizes I was worried they would be too tight because of the narrow toe, however once I saw them I realized the toe is not that pointed. I have been wearing a thin sock with them as I will be walking quite a way in them and I am not having any problems. My feet do not 'slosh' around in them at all with the sock. I would recommend these boots for any vintage affair. The heel is just right too, not too high as to be uncomfortable. They do have a slippery sole on the bottom, so I would suggest a sole patch which Amazon sells for approximately $3.99. Have fun with these boots.

I wanted to try something different and be able to wear over the festive season. Arrived earlier than scheduled.

Tenia muchas dudas en comprarlas, siempre tenia problemas con mi pie (numero 42) Pero cuando las he probado me he quedado alucinada, no solo por que son preciosas , si no por que me quedan geniales, no solo son comodisimas, si no que tienen el efecto de pie pequeño (calzando un 42 parece que sea pie mas pequeño)Eso si, si esperas que el encaje sea suave no lo es, algo robusto (no rasca ni nada) el tacon es pequeño.Me llegaron muy bien embaladas. Si buscas un stilo Victoriano a un buen precio, o como yo acostumbrarte a un tacon asi es genial para adaptarte a ellas.
