As an owner of a few cats and dogs - I don't want to be without this. So handy and safe to use.

Doesn't deter licking of the wound.
Got this for a spot that our dog licks until raw. It took away the redness, but our dog still licks even when the product is on, so it won't work for us in the long-run. Would be nice if it had a bitter taste to deter licking.
