I have used this product for about 9 months daily. I primarily use it for the B12 content as a vegan, but like all the energy the B vitamins provide so I take it in the morning and enjoy the boost it provides. I appreciate the added adaptogens as well. Vimergy can be an expensive product line, but this product is comparatively priced to other B complexes on the market that I researched. It does have a bit of a yucky taste, but it doesn't linger so it doesn't bother me much as I'm not that sensitive to it. Will continue to order!
