Element Case Katana Case for iPhone 7 Plus/iPhone 8 Plus - Stainless Steel (EMT-322-137EZ-23)

With all the money wasted trying to find the perfect case for my iPhone X, I finally found it in the Katana. Wish it was available sooner because I’ve would of saved some money. This will be the last case I will ever need for the iPhone x and will continue to only purchase the Katana case for future iPhones or for other phones. Either way, what a beautiful case it is! and well constructed with high end materials made by Element. When you see it in person, it looks even better than the pictures. Love the real solid oak wood on the back of the case. Gives it that nature feel and look. The G10 trim along side of it is a match made in heaven. You usually find G10 material on pocket knives and gives an awesome grip but rarely for a cellphone case. It feels smoother on the Katana case but gives some grip and feels great in the hand. The steel frame chassis is the final touch and feels solid and is brushed metal and looks fantastic. All the buttons are also steel and respond well when pushed in. It comes well packaged with a great high grade leather pouch wallet and mini tool case with extra screws! love it. Overall, the Katana element case is the most amazing beautiful case for the iPhone X.

Too big, too heavy

What a fricken ripoff! Cheap piece of crap don’t buy this! It’s worth about $19.99

It seemed heavy at first but I’m noticing it less and less everyday while at the same time I’m smitten by the density of the phone inside this case. It’s so compact it’s like a silver or gold bar. Now the case changes the shape of my twelve hundred dollar phone and does so unapologetically which I find intriguing. I honestly cannot say whether or not I like the new shape of my phone but I can say I like it’s attitude. I would give 5 stars with all of this taken into account, but for the left lower corner that won't screw completely closed as the other 3 corners. The space is about three or four sheets of paper in width, or 0.2mm thick, just big enough for dirt to get inside. At this price I think everyone would agree that a star lost is pretty reasonable.

$300+ case poor quality control. Case came with one (1) interior corner bumper missing, and the volume rocker buttons had not been properly machined so they are smooth to the touch. Had been long time element case buyer but will move to other cases. For the cost of this case there is no reason to ship the product out without very close inspection. In order to get this fixed I have to submit photos of the product as well as submit paperwork. For the cost of the case - service should be better. More work has gone into packaging than appears into the case itself.

Es ist eine wunderschöne Hülle. Die ausgewählten Materialien sind absolut hochwertig, perfekt und mit Liebe zum Detail kunstvoll bearbeitet! Die Hülle hat etwas mehr Gewicht, aber gerade daran erkennt man auch die Stabilität. Es wurde kein Aluminium, sondern massives Edelstahl verwendet!Man muss sie gesehen haben!!!
