I definitely recommend. It was very easy to install and it's a great price! The app helps a lot also. It's customizable which I really like. And, it pairs with Alexa. Again, great purchase - no regrets!

This is a very inexpensive alternative to paying a monthly fee!!! It was easy to install. I'm not using the inside motion detector, so I can't speak to that, but I'm happy with the system. I don't like that it beeps for whatever time you set for the home mode - the timer is really for the away mode and when you return, but I just set it to a bearable level and it's fine.

Set up and insulation was very simple. The only problem is the wire that comes with it. To be more specific that usb cable doesn't fit properly into the receptacle on the alarm device. It worked for about 8 hours and then stop working. So not sure exactly what's issue was but it's felt like it was made. They're very very cheap metal and plastic. What this back right around Amazon prime day for a Christmas present and after setting it up is very disappointing that it only lasted less than 8 hours

The product is fair, easy to install, confusing instructions. Practically no support from SKK. They do not even know that the product has a 2nd generation, and they are selling it. Ridiculous.

The media could not be loaded. It is a high quality security system. It doesn't need to pay fee each month, just one-time patment, save money. And easy to install, and I can use App to control the alarm mode. So easy. I very like it.

Company provided a quick resolution to my problem. System is working great now!!

I was impressed with what you receive for the cost, that was definitely a plus for me!! I did had issues with the base part of the system continuously alarming while I was putting up the sensors and that was more than likely on my part. However the instructions, they were vague. It was only upon watching the video online that I was able to figure out what I was doing wrong. Other than that Great product. Unfortunately I had to uninstall immediately after installing it and return it because I found out my contract was not up with my current alarm system provider which was frustrating and that was on me as well. 5 year contract for basically what I received in this box minus access to someone contacting you if an alarm goes off. Do your homework before getting TIED up in a service contract with a home monitoring provider !! Why pay all of that money when you can get the same product at a much cheaper price, this would be my way to go definitely!! I only gave stars because of the instructions. Other than that it would have been 5.

Cheap material.. not load.. sensor it came with doesn't work.... I'm looking for something else..
