Great price and had everything I needed for the repair. Only needed one element but for the price, I got this kit. Replaced both elements while I had the tank drained.

Was an easy fix for my boiler,parts are a bit bigger than the old ones but doesn't really affect anything and work great

Everything went in just fine after a horrific time taking the old elements out. Ended up drilling a pocket and using a pneumatic impact chisel to get it out.8 months later, breaker started tripping ans had air in system again.Still under warranty so they gave me a full refund within 24 hours. No questions asked. Buying from them again.

Was packed very well! Worked great after we put them in!!!! Was easy to replace! Quality was excellent!!! Heat level was pretty much immediately after replacing the old ones with the new ones!!! Fit was perfect!!! Replacement value was excellent!!! All around great product for the price and it came with the tool which was a bonus!!!!

First, skip the kits with the "tool"! It's junk that didn't work. Get a 6 sided 1 1/2" socket and breaker bar or impact driver to remove the elements.The original elements are twice the material (see pic) as the kit ones yet the same wattage rating? Maybe why some people say their hot water runs out sooner? UPDATE: Water seems to get just as hot and lasts just as long as the originals did for me.Next, the thermostats are different sized and mountings as the Bradford White 50 gal WH that they are supposed to fit. They can be made to work but had to extend a wire and screw them to the clip-on original brackets to get some metal to metal contact to the tank that is warned about in the directions.No way I could figure how to "have them flat against the tank" w/o removing the existing brackets and screwing them direct into the tank? I don't think so. See the pic as to how I attached them to the existing brackets. Do-able but not "easy" as claimed. Will update if they don't hold up but now in operation and we'll see.UPDATE: I now added a star for GREAT customer service. Since my original thermostat covers didn't fit the new ones, I'd advise you order the kit with the covers and without the tool. This said I contacted the supplier about it and they replied immediately arranging to swap the covers I need for the tool that didn't work and crediting the difference.Also, I have a theory about the few 1 star complaints as well as the warning about having to locate the backs of the thermostats on the tank itself in the directions. This contact is where the thermostats get their temp info from to know when to turn on and off. If just left floating for example hanging from the wires (as I almost did) they may not turn off at all, over-heat and fail or worse!UPDATE 2: Turns out, as the directions state, you MUST have the backs of the thermostats against the tank so they accurately measure the water temp. Hanging it off the bracket didn't work as shown in 1st pic so I bent the old bracket forward and added the long bolts and nuts to tension the thermostat tight against the tank. For the lower one I managed to force it in behind it's old bracket and all is now well in hot-water-land.

Easy to install.

Still going after a year.
