Needed to update a golf course I play and they updated it within 48 hrs

I've used this for a few rounds now and my main gripes are the battery life (it has plenty enough for one round but I have to charge it between every round) and more importantly the GPS accuracy particularly on or around the greens. To accurately track putting you do need to manually measure the rough length of each putt (I do this by pacing out each putt) to input it after the round in editing. That's pretty annoying since that was one of the main draws of this product in the first place but it basically doesn't work. However it does give me strokes gained data and a great dashboard with no subscription and is otherwise pretty easy to use.

User interface is a little difficult to master, and the display is small, but the gps is pretty accurate and the price is great. Be careful! It’s easy to magnetically stick to the cart and forget it. That’s why I’m on my second one.

This could be a great product but the interface for editing your shots has a lot to be desired. The interface for editing the shots is not easily understood, it is not ready for prime time. I have edited four rounds so far and I still don't know the magic click path to efficiently edit the rounds.

I’ve played a few rounds with it now and love it. The only quibble I have is the battery life. I’ve seen battery life touted at 10 hours and 15 hours. But using both GPS and Track Shot mode, I’m finding battery life to be closer to 8 hours. I’m sure if I turned one of those modes off, the battery life would be longer than 8 hours and probably closer to the 10 or 15 I’ve seen depending on which mode is off.

Really enjoy the shot scope product. Accuracy is within 2 - 3 yards on of laser range finder. (I'm not a pro, 6 handicap, so this is more than sufficient.) Being able to log in on website and actually see your round and shots is pretty cool also. Make sure that you download your courses PRIOR to getting to the course. If not, expect it to take several minutes to do so. When I get to the course, I turn on the device and it takes a minute or two to find the course. Once that happens, I am good to go. Battery life is great. I usually get through an 18 hole round with more than 50% left of batter life. Biggest issue I have is sometimes forgetting to tap the device to track my club. You do NOT have to use this to track your shots if you do not want to. You can simply use the GPS mode on the device. IMPORTANT NOTE: if you have a SUPER STROKE putter grip, the putter tag MAY NOT FIT. This is due to you being able to add weights to that grip. I just carry the putter tag in my pocket and tap it when I put my ball marker down. If you are looking for an inexpensive GPS device with the capability of tracking each shot in your round, THIS IS THE PRODUCT FOR YOU.
