With nothing to compare it to, it's hard to judge accuracy... but it is easy to use and is giving results inthe ballpark of what I'd expect.

I have a portable spa, two aquariums and an Aerogarden. I was struggling with all three as paper ph test strips make it hard to determine the exact range the majority of the time. They are ok for ballpark readings, but when it comes to plants and fish, accuracy is critical. This meter has made things easy and saved my poor betta fish as the water was more acidic than the paper strips indicated. This was one of the best investments I've made lately. The price was very reasonable. The shipping was fast. It works as promised. What more can you ask for?

Not sure how accurate the reading on this actually was. It was quite a process to get it calibrated.

I needed to confirm the pH levels of various store bought waters as well as that of tap and filtered (at-home) water. I tested the waters (no-pun intended ;)) back and forth and the results were pretty consistent and fast. I attained the much needed peace of mind amid a variety of Spring, Alkaline and Ionized waters that we've been provided with and this little gadget helped me get to that peace fairly easily!

This thing is kind of tedious to set up. it must be calibrated before first use (seems like that could have been easily done in the factory, but oh, well)...and you better not make a mistake while calibrating it, because you only get 1 set of calibration chemicals.Aside from that, it's about what you would expect from a 10 dollar pH meter. Looks and feels cheap, comes with a cheap case that doesn't snap closed after you open it the first time...Not exactly sure how accurate the readings are, as i have no standard to verify it against, but this meter satisfied my idle curiosity about the pH levels in my hydroponics systems.

I have not had a chance to use yet. Wish there was bigger print since I have bad eyes.

My previous pH meter had a sliding button on top that I had to hold while waiting for the reading to level off. It was supposed to stick on, but never did, so the on/off button on this one is a nice improvement.It has large numbers that are easy to read, but no back-light.It also comes with a nice case for storage.
