Waste of money!
Horrible!Tried before a different brand and it was great, this NOW brand is horrible and has other ingredients that are not clear upon purchase! B6 vitamin and Niacin are included among others! Not ok,Took it and still awake after 3 hours!The other brand with same dose puts me to sleep in minutes!Not recommended, will through it in the garbage now and order the other brand!What a waste of money!
