Really Low Quality Build and Poor Design
Aside from the fact that it's missing some hardware ( nuts and bolts ), the ball-pins are a smaller diameter than the holes provided so they slip in and out as opposed to catching on the ball,the bands once clipped into the clips are impossible to unsnap ...just seems poorly designed and manufactured.

I like it, but wish more care was taken when shipping.
I am only giving this four stars due to the condition of the shipping box and the broken turn dial. The box holding the equipment was thrown is a larger Amazon box that was partially open when it arrived. The turn dial which adjusts the foot holders is broken and sharp.Other than that, it's easy to set up. I appreciate being able to do squats with a bum knee and know I have a little extra support. Looking forward to doing some hip thrusts too.Make sure you pay attention to which hole is A and B when assembling. It will determine whether or not you will be able to fold up the machine for storage.

Needs a mat to go under it. Unless it’s on concrete.
My machine was broken during the delivery process. I kept it only because I’d waited so long to get it I didn’t want to wait for a replacement. But other than that the machine itself is easy to set up. Seriously though it slides while in use on laminate floor so I got a mat to go under. Now it barely moves.

It came heavily damaged and scratched
Came heavily damaged and scratched it took forever to ship which is why I didn’t return it it’s functional but look like it was used for 10 years

Waste of money!
The directions are horrendous to follow. It’s missing a bolt so I had to go buy one from the store. The “resistance bands” create absolutely NO resistance, so pretty much the only workout you can do is hip thrusts on your own, but you can do those on the ground without even using the machine. Also, the place where you put your back is extremely wobbly, so it doesn’t seem very safe. Definitely would not recommend to anyone.

I use maximum power bands purchased elsewhere. Decent machine

Wish they had a bigger one
At 6'2" this is a bit small for me which I believe it actually says. I'm still able to use it though.
