FLORENCE LADIES ROLLER TOTE - BLACK (Black)

I bought this in July 2023. In January 2024, the screws for the handles started coming loose. I was able to tighten all but 1. That 1 refuses to stay in. Then in February, the inner lining started coming apart at the seams. I've contacted the seller and they sent a very PR reply stating that they are sorry to hear that I want to return the bag, but it's past the 30 day return policy, so there's nothing they can do. Really?! If I pay $120 for a bag, I expect the quality to be better than this. Not top notch. But, idk... maybe not starting to fall apart after only 6 months?? Don't buy this bag.

Great roller bag! I have back issues, so being able to transport everything I need without having to carry a separate purse is important. This bag has plenty of room for everything I need to transport in and out of accounts: laptop, iPad, phones, wallet, files, portfolio, and a water bottle. (I am a clinical lab diagnostics sales rep.) The small velcro'ed pocket on the back where the retractable handle is located holds both my work and personal mobile phones, plus a pen, phone earpiece and my lipstick. The front zip pocket holds at least 1/2 thick amount of files. The two inner front side pockets hold my wallet and hotspot on one side and wireless mouse on the other. the two backside pockets hold the laptop and iPad. What a FANTASTIC roller bag/briefcase!!!

It says on-line it measures 7 x 17.5 x 14. in fact it measures 9 (with telescopic handle housing) x 19 3/8 x 15. And when you try to return it, they want to charge you for return shipping AND restocking fees. After contacting vendor and complaining they paid for return shipping and adjusted for the restocking fee.

I purchased this item September 15 to use with my new job that started in November. It has a smart look but does drag the bottom when wheeled. The zipper on the outside pocket pulled apart without much stress on my part. I contacted Amazon who referred me to the company. I called three times and kept being told to speak with a particular person. I left messages and that person never called me back. Now I have paid $15 to a shoe repair who will try to put the teeth back together; if they can't then they don't replace zippers on bags. I told them I won't use the side pocket if they can at least get it to be closed for appearance sake. I would not purchase this bag again.

The bag would be great but the zipper is not lined up properly and the company said they would get back to me on a replacement but that was 3 weeks ago!

The quality of the material is good; but the interior of the tote is not wide enough for laptop, electrical power cord, tablet and pens.There is no pocket for pens. The other pocket doesnot expand... so tablet or ipad does not fit.

I have rolled this everywhere. Through parking garages, airports, and daily across my work parking lot and upstairs. So much room to fit everything I need along with lots of pockets. AND it fits under the seat on the plane as well as overhead!
