Parrish Magic Line 4.5 x 4.5 x 2 Square Pan

These are well made and very sturdy if looking for a small pan

I ordered these for the size--just right for small batches of fudge--but I had no idea what I was getting!They're commercial kitchen quality, made of heavy gauge aluminum, seem to weigh about twice as much as normal aluminum baking pans. They're going to be perfect for macaroni, small cakes, corn bread.The bottom is stamped with a magic genie lamp and "Made in Gardenia, CA" (where they also have a factory retail store.)

I bought two of these to make small layer "block" cakes to decorate for baby showers. They bake very evenly & give cakes a nice finish to the bottom/sides, so cakes are easy to crumb coat for fondant or ice with buttercream. (I'd been cutting larger cakes into blocks - soooo messy & time consuming.) I can just pop the cakes out of these little pans & they are perfectly shaped with the nicest sharp corners & edges. When I buy pans in the future, I'm going to purchase Magic Line. I have many other cake pans, but these are the very best.

I use this at least twice a week. I reduce cake recipes by half, because I cook for two. It fits in my toaster oven and is just right for halving those recipes that call for an 8 inch pan. Wash it by hand, and don't use metal utensils.

I adore my new professional grade baking pans. they have nice square edges, unlike most other "square" pans that have rounded edges, which make for a cleaner end product :-)

2+ years later, and I still love these pans! Still bake evenly, clean sharp corners, durable, and easy to clean!

Will only purchase Magic Line pans. They are the best

Straight sides. Just what I was looking for. Great results.
