I bought this as a precaution measure for three young puppies at 8 weeks old before their shots provided full immunity; all traveled from out of state. All the puppies were healthy, so I can not say for certain if this supplement really helped or if it made any difference at all BUT for the price I would buy it again. The puppies all ate it pretty easily after a few tries.

My puppy hates the taste (smells pretty gross too) but this stuff works wonders for perking her up when she's lethargic or needs an immune system boost.

I want to start by saying that I bought this for the 3 puppies I fostered from the local shelter. They were speculated to have had kennel cough, but ended up with distemper. 2 of the puppies took this in conjuction with their medications and got over it in the mucus stage in the matter.. of a week or so. They have VERY strong immune systems and I truly believe this stuff helped.I had them on this since they were around 5-6 weeks old.I had one with a weakened immune system who was having one hell of a time fighting distemper. Even during his anorexia stage he always loved the taste of this and would at the very least lick this stuff up. He was able to bounce back and gain some of the weight back because of it!:)However I will not go any further with the story as the last puppy did not make it. But he did put up one hell of a fight and was loved every step of the way, and I have to thank Vet Vittles, and the organization SAPA who keeps PETS ALIVE! You guys gave him a chance to TRY to beat it. Which is everything someone can ask.

I am a Veterinarian and was looking to get a good puppy supplement to prevent sugar crashing on young puppies for my clients . I spend a lot of time to find the product that would completely satisfied my needs. The Puppy Booster supplement exceeded my expectations . It is not only good prevention of hypoglycemia (sugar crashing), but excellent source of natural stimulators of immunity and vitamins .The puppies really like the taste of it. I do recommend this supplement to all my clients .
