Question 1

The diffuser heats up, but the wick is NEVER wet, and I don't see liquid decreasing. I switched refills with no result. Any input as to why?

Bum diffuser?  Not sure if you are thinking the top of the wick when you say the wick is never wet - I've been using these for years and I did have 1 bad diffuser I had to throw away because it wouldn't work - I have two diffusers running 24/7 in different rooms of my house.  The top part of the wick which is what gets screwed inside the diffuser is always dry.  The diffuser needs to be replaced every 6 refills and there is leakage that settles on top of the diffuser under the plastic grill area, which I think is natural and a really good reason to make sure the diffuser gets changed every 6 refills.  Sometimes if I think one of mine is 'stuck' I unplug it, take it apart, reassemble it and slosh the liquid around in it's bottle to make sure the lower section of the wick is coated really good and then plug it back in. I am thinking about get this for bullying cat. I have a cat who keep picking on other cats and it is getting worse.

I have two cats who sometimes get aggressive with each other. So, I finally resorted to putting Feliway diffusers all over the house. The cats mostly get along now. If they start hissing, I go around and look at the bottles. Then, I pretty much will always find a couple that are empty.  When I restock the diffusers, cats go back into tolerance mode.

Is this refill compatible with the new design of Feliway Diffuser. The packaging looks different?

I know this is old but for anyone else wondering, YES It will fit! I got some older refills on eBay and they all fit with this newer one. Lol why do people answer if they don't know?! 3 folks saying "I don't know" well then don't answer!! 😂

Has anyone had success using this to calm a cat left at home while you’re on vacation?

My daughter used this to calm her cat after moving to a new location, her cat was so nervous it started losing its hair, the feliway was suggested by a vet. and it worked.
