Three Jerks Filet Mignon Beef Jerky - Premium Natural Gourmet - 5 Bags of 2oz - Variety

I ignored reviews and ordered this 5 flavor sample pack anyway. The fancy flavors are for the most part accurate. But they suck.You know what a Mexican dessert called a churro tastes like? That’s what the churro jerky tasted like. Definitely had a strong cinnamon flavor to it which was NOT good. But it was flavored as advertised.The hamburger flavor did strangely taste like ur eating a hamburger which seemed okay but then the idea of it started to weird me out so I didn’t finish it. Again, flavored as advertised.Memphis BBQ was okay. Very spicy. It had a strong smokey flavor to it. Like it was legitimately smoked. Started out okay but the smokey flavor became too strong after a couple pieces and I didn’t finish it.Adobo was decent and I finished the bag. A coworker of mine is Filipino and brought in chicken adobo a few times and I could taste a resemblance when eating this jerky.Original was definitely the best flavor and I also finished the bag. Original tasted like they used soy sauce maybe? It was decent but definitely the best of the bunch.On to the filet mignon meat used to make this jerky. Of the jerky I ate here, some had a standard jerky texture and some had a softer, filet mignon texture to it. The meat definitely wasn’t consistent. If the pieces that were more filet mignon like, the texture was great. It was softer than normal jerky, somewhat like Jack Links steak bites that you can find in any gas station. Some of the reviewers here are saying the texture is like soggy cardboard and that makes me think wtf? Yeah it’s softer because it’s filet mignon. If two and two can’t be put together then oh well, but the cardboard statement is completely inaccurate. I did get a few pieces overall that I should’ve photographed for this review but they were 75% fat instead of meat. I mean I reached in the bag and pulled out an off white colored piece of fat. Sick. I’m glad I looked at each piece instead of just throwing them in my mouth. This completely ends any claim of this being high end jerky.Overall, I will not be ordering this again. Reasons are the premium price does not reflect the inconsistent meat texture and occasional bite sized pieces of fat. The crazy flavors being gross as well. If I were to order again, it would be only the original flavor. But due to my first point of the inconsistency and pieces in the bag being chunks of fat instead of meat, I’m going to pass on reordering.

Nasty. I really wanted to like these. Saw them in shark tank and was excited to try them out. I love jerky, so I figured these would become my go-to for premium jerky. They are worst than cheep gas station or dollar store jerky. I kid you not, they are nasty and taste like cardboard.

Although the jerky was tender the flavor was not what I would call great. Also 2 of the 5 packages of jerky had less than the 2 oz of product. The other 3 packages looked like they had the full 2 oz.This leaves me disappointed in both flavor and value.

tasted better than most beef jerkeys, but certainly not worth the price tag and quantity was low.a VERY expensive, just ok nibblealso, the teriyaki flavor was not included in the 5 bag sampler, which is a mistake as i would think their philosophy would be to get you to try their BEST and order more.oh well

I have to be honest in this review and it kind of pains us because we love this jerky. We opened the chipotle adobe and the entire thing was full of mold. I pray this is an anomaly. The exp. date was 10/02/20 lot number 194183. Please fix this. It’s such an expensive food product to open it and find that.Super disappointed :(

I gotta say I was extremely disappointed in ALL of the flavors of this product. ESPECIALLY, when I threw down $50 for a “premium” product. Adobo was decent at best, maple was vile, hamburger was weird, original was terrible, sweet sour was disgusting. Sorry.....DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.

Most of the flavors where amazing and was cheap for amount they gave you.

I have ordered this beef Jerkey from there website directly and it was delicious. I ordered it from amazon and the beef Jerkey is Hoooooorrible!!! Now it won’t let me return it!!
