After 5 years of CF, finally able to finish a pull up workout!
So I got these for MURPH last year and ended up not making it. They kicked around in my bag for months and I used the thumb wraps a few times, which I cut into 4 and they work perfectly for high rep, hook grip workouts. As for the hand grips, I FINALLY used them yesterday for MURPH. To set the stage, no matter how much I care for my hands, I rip on any workout with TTB or pull ups over about 40 reps. I think the farthest I've made it is 65 without having to switch out the exercise. Yesterday I did all 100 pull-ups with these hand wraps! It was a damn miracle!!!! I did have one callous that opened up but for me to make it that far without having to stop or switch out is a huge accomplishment. I have tried everything (tape, gymnastic grips, gloves, different chalk) and these worked! I'll be using them on all of my high rep pull-up workouts going forward and will try them for TTB also.

Difficult to apply but does the job
It’s tough to get your fingers through the holes once the backing is removed, and you absolutely need the extra adhesive if you’re sweaty like me. But they do the job!

Great product but got lost in shipping
The product is great, but it didn't show up in time for the competition I needed them for (Amazon problem, not company selling product problem).

Good if you’re in a pinch
I don’t love these. They don’t stay on very well and tend to bunch up in certain spots. I tried using the extra adhesive they provide and hated that even more.With that said, though, they’re good to have on hand if you’re in a pinch and just need something to protect your hands during a workout, especially if you’ve ripped your hand and a bandaid doesn’t want to stay put.

No more blisters
I love using this product for pull-ups and toes to bars. It sticks well, can be used with our without grips, and has saved my hands with high volume bar work!

Great product, better packaging needed
Love this product and would recommend to anyone. If the company is going to provide additional adhesive, they should make sure it is packaged appropriately to where it’s not broken when the customer receives it.

Love these things
I will use these plus my leather grip (basically doubling up) on days when I do a lot of bar work.Kinda hard to put on, but once you get used to it, it is no big deal. I sweat a lot and have not had a problem with them not sticking to my hand
