Decided to try this after trying others that did NOT dissolve well and were gritty to the end. These are good, dissolve quickly and completely. There is no residual "grit" in the bottom of the container and you don't have to keep shaking it to get it to dissolve.Definitely recommend for that fact alone. I hated having to chug the bottom portion of others mixes as they were gritty and would not dissolve.

These are my favorite electrolytes! I’ve bought them multiple times now- the flavors (that I love) are spot on! You can actually taste them- iQ electrolytes are my morning go to and have been for months! My fav flavors are the lemon line, peach, orange!

I only received 3 of the 4 flavors but I am liking them. I used a different brand before and it was so sweet I used one pack in double the water. This is good, not to sweet. I used as directed with 16oz of water. Sometimes though the end is a little gritty like it doesn’t dissolve completely. It is cheaper than the other brand I used so that’s a plus.

We like these hydration packets a lot as they are go to take on the go, are sugar free, and taste good. We have not tried a flavor we do not like. We live in Hawaii and being outside often, we like to keep hydrated with electrolytes and healthy ingredients. Good value for the money and we always have these on hand at home, in the car, and our backpacks.

Good tasting didn't notice any changes

Ordered these for my hubby who does keto. He loves them - except for the blueberry pomegranate, but that’s ok because that flavor is my favorite. Great taste - not too sweet - and no aftertaste. Works great for hydration and electrolytes without all the sugar! Just subscribed to receive them regularly. We like them on ice with a little more than the recommended amount of water.

I purchased the IQ Mix variety for the different flavors I haven’t tried. I have tried the passion fruit, like the flavor, has 10 calories, no sugar,can’t have too much sugar being I have diabetes 2I will try other flavors also.
