Ordered this clock. Came earlier than expected. So pleased! Person who received it as a gift was very satisfied with the product. Unfortunately the second day they used it a power outage occurred and the clock stopped working, even though it was plugged into a power surge strip. I contacted the company and they gave me guidelines for checking correct use. It was being used correctly. Was extended apology from vendor. Situation has been resolved.

PRO- its looks like the picture,Against:1. very short cord - too short to reach a shelf on a bookcase, be wall mounted at a decent height, etc2. seems to need to be resent often. While some people would notice that is an hour off, the type of patient who needs it will not. I purchased 2 of these, and both have the same issue of being off sometimes and needing to be reset.3. initial set up is not the easiest

I can't get the Day/Night Mode to work so it reads "Morning" "Afternoon" "Evening" or "Night" Can you provide a better explanation of how to make that work? .Your step-by-step information solved the problem and y 89 year old dad loves his new clock!

The day clock does not work properly. The day clock skips Saturday altogether. This product creates confusion and frustration for the intended user with memory loss.

This is an amazing device that my 82 year old mom loves. It provides her a lot of reassurance and she simply enjoys waking up to see it each morning.

This is perfect for those with dementia or early Alzheimer's. It helps my mom keep straight what time of day it is. Isveasy to read across the room.
