Recently I had some pain in my arm when pronating my wrist. I watched a few videos online, but none seemed to really address the sharp pain I was feeling.Then it dawned on me, I had a massage gun and the pain I'm feeling might be due to a stressed muscle. So after having this thing for MANY months, yet rarely using it, I decided to whip it out to address the pain in my arm.Holding my arm out with my palm supinated was no problem, but there was so much pain when pronating I couldn't even face my palm to the floor. After 2 days of massaging myself with the gun I'm able to turn my palm toward the floor no problem and add another 45 degrees before feeling pain. To be totally clear, my arm pain is not gone, but MAN did this thing offer me the relief I needed and ability to twist my arm. I'll update this review if I have more to share on the pain, but for now, whether it's numbed, encouraged blood flow that might dissipate soon, or anything else, it appears this device has helped immensely in allowing me to use my arm again.A bit of background, I workout every week day, no exceptions. I have a tech job so I'm on the keyboard/mouse all the time, so I think my pain is from straining my arm pronated for so long or over stressing it in the gym. I never stretch or warm up before I start, I just jump right in lol. Even now as I write this I feel pain, and I've felt pain for many years (just in greater amounts recently). If massaging myself over the next few weeks frees me from the pain, I'll be shouting it from the rooftops in an update. Feeling optimistic considering the progress I stumbled into with this product, in an area I didn't even initially buy it for.

This sturdy, lightweight & durable muscle massager is more than I hoped for, with a price tag that can’t be compared to, in my opinion. For less than $60 (after taxes) I have a handheld portable massager that helps my muscle issues and I can use it on almost any of the areas that bother me with little trouble. I have difficulty with any objects that weigh over 5lbs. I am able to use this drill-like massager, that comes with multiple attachments, on my most troublesome areas, such as my leg muscles and hips. I can even manage to use it on my own neck. I only have difficulty on my back as my arms won’t cooperate and turn (like a contortionist) to reach the problem areas there, LoLIf I had to rate the best buy of this millennium, I would choose this every time & the price tag of $50 (before taxes) is very affordable ! I give this product a 10+ across the board. If they allowed more than 5 stars I’d give it more. I can’t say enough about how impressed and happy I am with this purchase.

Purchased 2 years ago still runs great!

I bought this after injuring something in my hip area at BJJ. I had a severely reduced range of motion, including not even being able to stand up straight, and walking was difficult. When this arrived, I started attacking my hip until I found the source of my pain and went over it for about 10 minutes. I started at speed 10, then moved up to 20, and then 30. After these 10 minutes, my range of motion was drastically better - to the point where I could stand up straight with little pain. I still had some discomfort, especially when walking or lifting my leg up, but it was MUCH better than before. I've had this for 4 days now, and I've been using it on my hip for about 10 minutes each day. The results are amazing. This thing isn't a miracle worker, so it won't fix injuries over night, but it has drastically improved my pain free range of motion. I've only charged it once since arrival, and it's currently on 60% battery, so battery life is also great.I also like using it after a workout to reduce doms. After a hard workout, go over your muscles with this thing to improve blood flow - and again before bed for even better results. I train in powerlifting, so my chest, back and legs are always tight. I can easily massage my chest, lats and quads, but doing my hamstrings is difficult and the rest of my back is neigh impossible. For those of you whom aren't single, I suspect this won't be an issue, but I have to make do with a foam roller for my back. I bet this would do wonders on my lower back, traps and rhomboids.The reason I docked a star is because of the placement of the vent. It's right above the handle and I find my grip often blocks the vent, which can't be a good thing. I wish they'd put it on the side or something. It's not a deal breaker, but it is a small design flaw. Everything else about this product is fantastic though, and for the price I HIGHLY recommend it.

We borrowed a very expensive massage gun from a friend, and decided it was something we definitely needed, but the price tag was more than we were wanting to spend. So I headed to Amazon and found this one. The reviews were great and the price tag was even better! We've had this gun for right at a month now, use it on almost a daily basis for 10-15 minutes, and have yet to recharge it. It's got every attachment needed for whatever body part you need it for. It's very easy to use and adjust the speed, and is even lighter weight than the more expensive one that we borrowed. Which is great when holding it for long periods of time. Comparing the two, I've found no reason why anyone would choose a $250+ gun over this one. It does everything the other one does, for a fraction of the price. 5 Stars from me!

I have bought this massage gun not only for myself but family and friends as well! It is super durable and the charge lasts a really long time! If you want a massage gun for a decent price this would be the one!

I’ve bought this 3 times for different family members and they all use it at least several times week, if not more. Battery life is good and it’s a great lower budget option that doesn’t sacrifice quality

I got this massager for my foot/ heel. I love it so much! It is sturdy. I like the different attachments. I use the flat one and the 2 prepping one on my heel. I use the ball on my hip. It charges quickly. I haven't had any issues. I like the case it comes with. It helps relieve the pain in my heel and hip. I'm very happy with my purchase.

I bought this for sore neck and back pain. It does a great job with various heads and the rechargeable battery lasts a very long time

Hace bastante ruido y no es muy agradable el masaje, te llega hacer daño a mínimo nivel. Aun así, no lo devolví PERO después de 3 meses de uso, ha dejado de cargar y no funciona!
