24kg pair is best for full body home workout , using for over a year.
This size of flexibell , i.e. 24kg pair is best for full body home workout. Its 40 kg version is not that easy to rotate & comfortable. i have both variants.

Pros -a) comes already Setupb) easy to change weightc) decent qualityd) good lookingCons -a) expensiveb) take a lot of spacec) the box is not easy to carry around if you are not calling for it where you intend to work. I called to work and had to open my cars back seat to fix package.d) the lock on one of the dumbbells was stuck and not moving. So we put it upside down and shook it. Secondly we were very rough with it. We ensured nothing is stuck. After 10 mins of this, it started to work again.Overall - its been 3 days but my muscles hurt from lifting extra weight. Yes as someone said some exercises like even bicep curl will prove too bulky. But in the long run this is space saving and will also save you cost of buying all the potential dumbbells.Im happy.**UPDATE 26th march 2024**Love these dumbbells. They dont get stuck anymore. They don't stink either. The wear and tear has been decent. I recommend these to anyone who does not want to have a bunch of dumbbells lying around.

Good quality and smart space saving dumbbells
I have setup a home gym and was always looking for a value for money, durable and space saving way to have good set of dumbbells. It was delivered safely in time.About the product itself, it works like a charm, the mechanism to choose the weight is easy, the handle, dimensions is very apt for usage. I am able to use it for all weight training exercises and very happy with the quality and product.
